two, one… LEGO!” With the push of a button electromechanical wonders are unleashed. ROBOTS! Students experience the thrill of mastering basic concepts in robotics, computer programming, and mechanical design while solving a challenging problem. 2010 Summer Theme: Wilderness Dataloggers, |  In small teams of 3-5, students will learn: * Brainstorm, design, build & test their robot* How to use gears, pulleys, motors & sensors * Math, science and technology * Teamwork skills * Built at least two different robots * Program using LEGO Mindstorm Software |

P.R.O.B.E.: Space Mission Adventure
| A fantastic robotics adventure to a mysterious planet in deep space. Using Lego Mindstorms RCXs, you will need to design, build, and program a robot to perform tasks on Planet H-99, including preparing and building a base camp, monitoring a volcano, rescuing a lost vehicle, and more! Wilderness Dataloggers: Code Red at Green Geyser
 | A severe storm has hit Green Geyser Wilderness Park and endangered the ecosystem and human visitors. Using Lego Mindstorms RCXs, you will need to design, build, and program a robot to perform tasks such as salvaging a bridge, extracting microbe samples from geysers, and placing a radio collar on a grizzly bear. Watch out for the poison ivy! No previous robotics experience required. Returning campers will receive new projects. Check our Schedule to find a camp near you. |
Aquabots Bermuda Triangle Expedition
“….. come along on a journey like no
other ~ delving into the science and the mysteries of the legendary Bermuda
Triangle”. Campers are taken beneath
the Bermuda Triangle on the undersea adventure of their lives! Build
robots to explore the ocean floor, save a giant squid, connect an air
