Campers Grade 4th & Up use LEGO Education NXT Robotics Kits (Mindstorm EV3is also available for advanced campers)

SPECIAL NOTE: Campers may choose a full day by registering for both morning and afternoon sessions and receive a FREE LEGO Build & Game Lunch Time.  Campers will need to bring a Lunch, water bottle & snacks.

Round Rock Classical Conversations Engineering, Programming & Robotics

Engineering & Programming: Students learn how to build and program robots to sing, dance, navigate a maze, hit or pitch a ball, play mini golf, and more. Campers will build a new project each day, learning how to make things spin, roll, turn and rock. Then they will take what they have learned to design their own thrills and challenges.

Developmentally appropriate STEM engineering education program for kids K-6. We’ll use LEGO® Education Simple Machines to explore levers, pulleys, gears and more. We’ll build crazy action contraptions like a speedster, wall rocket, and much more. Students will have a chance to free build, accept design challenges and even make a short stop-animation Lego movie. We’ll investigate science and engineering concepts such as: modeling in 3 dimension, testing and evaluating designs, using tools to gather data, and much more!
