What is Robotics?Robotics is a system that teaches students how to build robots or smart machines using motors and sensors, and how to program them using an easy programming language, all in an environment of fun learning and excitement. By building those robots, the students will easily practice a set of subjects such as Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, as well as what is called “21st century skills”.
Why LEGO’s?You may think of LEGO as the duplos that you bought for your preschooler. These robotics tools are much more than meets the eye. While we use them in grades k-12th, the same components are used at the college level and for engineering and robotics classes as well. One of the many benefits of using the LEGO products is that you can get a complete robotic experience without having to use a welding shop and all the other requirements to create the components.
Why Learning Fun 101?Learning fun 101’s program facilitates teamwork, critical thinking, problem solving, applying science principals, and mathematical solutions. Our program integrates reading, writing and presentation skills. In a nutshell, this program prepares students for the workforce of tomorrow.
